By registering for the April 6th, 2008 Ontario California auction, the bidder acknowledges that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the auction, as specified in the auction catalog and AuctionAcres.com. All successful bidders will be required to acknowledge that they have investigated and inspected each property prior to bidding. Given the large number of parcels to be sold and their wide-spread geographic locations, there is no way for the Seller to confirm all detailed information for each parcel and it is the responsibility of each individual bidder to confirm all information about each parcel to satisfy themselves prior to bidding.
